Power pumping, three different pumps, and a drawer full of lactation supplements. And still, you’re not making enough milk.
If you've been here, reading through posts on another breastfeeding group at 2 AM, trying another power pumping schedule, wasting money on more supplements that didn't work, this is for you.
You are the kind of mom who researches. Who acts. Who does not quit. You've got browser tabs open on flange sizing, Reddit threads about why some women don't respond to the pump, Pinterest boards of lactation recipes you've already made. You've tried the coconut water by the case, the electrolyte powder a friend swore by, the proprietary blends from three different brands. You bought them because you were willing to do the work.
The problem was never your effort.
You haven't tried everything. You've tried everything that was never designed for your body.
Here's what I see when a mom tells me she's tried everything: she's tried a lot of generic advice. Power pumping schedules designed for women she's never met. Supplements recommended by social media. Flange sizes guessed at instead of fitted by an expert. Advice that was built for "low milk supply in general,” not for her specific body, her specific situation, her specific reason why.
Without knowing the root cause, no supplement or schedule was ever going to work for you.
The real answer isn't in another hack. It's in looking at what's actually going on.
What changes when someone finally looks at the full picture.
“Not only did she help me increase my supply by 10 oz she was my support and made me feel not alone. Breastfeeding is not easy but she helped me get through this. Now because of her I no longer have to supplement with formula.”
-Starr, 10-months postpartum
“I had met with several other lactation consultants, none who made the suggestions Quinn did. We met virtually, and through her messaging portal and follow ups, I have felt SO supported.
I trusted Quinn’s process and recommendations and I am SO glad I did, she truly changed and saved my pumping journey.
-Gigi, 3 months postpartum
“Quinn was absolutely wonderful! She helped properly fit my flanges for pumping and also worked with me to fix my baby’s latch, which made such a huge difference.
Quinn was kind, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. She was also very responsive to all of my questions and made me feel supported every step of the way.”
-Payton, 7 days postpartum
These stories weren’t unique. They’re the stories I see over and over, from moms who felt exactly like you do right now.

A bit about me
I’m an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) with specialized training and experience in pumping & low milk supply. I’m also a mom of two, including a NICU baby, and I deeply understand what it feels like to be on the other side of the feeding struggle.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all advice. Every body is different. Every situation is different. Your answers need to be built specifically for you.
