Whether you're experiencing latch issues, low supply, oversupply, pain, pumping difficulties, or just need answers to your questions, I will provide evidence-based support tailored to your unique needs and goals.

What to Expect:

  • A private, judgment-free session with a certified lactation counselor

  • Assistance with breastfeeding positions, latch techniques, and pumping strategies

  • Support with milk supply concerns, nipple pain, engorgement, and more

  • Guidance on building a pumping schedule, returning to work, or combination feeding

  • Help with feeding plans for special situations (twins, NICU, etc.)

This appointment is completely free and open to all nursing or pumping mothers. Your well-being and your baby’s feeding journey matter! Let me support you every step of the way.

So, what’s the catch? Why is it free? I am currently working on earning clinical hours to sit for the IBCLC exam. In order to earn as many hours as possible and make lactation care accessible to all moms, I am offering these service completely free of charge. I charge a low flat rate for follow up appointments.

If you are located in the north DFW metroplex, I provide affordable in-home lactation visits! We will be able to achieve everything a virtual visit can, plus more such as weighted feeds, which can only be done in-person.

I do not file directly with any insurance companies; however, a Superbill will be provided so you can request reimbursement.
