Your milk supply isn't where you need it to be.

And pumping feels uncomfortable, inefficient, or both.

You’re not frozen in place. You’re actually doing A TON. You’re trying everything. But nothing’s getting you closer to your goal. Now you feel like you’re running out of time.

You thought your body would just work. You didn’t expect pumping to feel like a whole new field of science. And you definitely don’t have months to mess around.

Here’s what I see:

But nobody has actually looked at you and your whole story.

Maybe it's a flange sizing issue that’s been repeatedly missed. Maybe it's that your supply tanked because you were never actually draining milk effectively, and the power pumping schedule everyone recommended only made it worse. Maybe it's that your body needed more time, or different settings, or a different pump entirely. Maybe it's hormonal, or it's structural, or it's that you're running on empty and your nervous system is holding you back.

There are dozens of reasons why your supply might be low. And there are dozens of solutions. But without knowing which reason is yours, you're just guessing.

You're tired of guessing.

This is different. It's not a protocol. It's an assessment. We look at everything: your pump, your flanges, your settings, your schedule, your body, your lifestyle, your goals, your nervous system, and we find the actual root cause(s).

Then we rebuild from there.

You've read the articles, listened to the podcasts, spent countless hours doom scrolling breastfeeding content searching for the answer, and tried the things that "work for everyone else." Maybe you’ve even seen a LC who gave you a protocol or general pumping advice and sent you on your way.

What changes in 4 weeks:

This isn't a course. It's not a one-time consultation where you leave with a plan, figure out the execution alone, and hope it works.

This is ongoing, personalized, 1:1 support. Here's what’s inside:

Four Progressive Consultations:

Week 1: Foundation We start at the beginning. Live pump session with you. Equipment audit. Flange assessment. We identify the baseline problems and begin fixing them immediately. Your first sessions get physically more comfortable. You get practical strategies to begin implementing immediately.

Week 2: Investigation This is where supply starts to shift. We confirm your flange fit. We investigate your pump settings. We run physiological screening if needed, and if there's something that requires lab work, I'll write a comprehensive recommendation letter to your healthcare provider.

Week 3: Integration We refine what's working, and adjust what’s not. Confirm your ideal pump settings. Fine-tune your schedule and pumping techniques for maximum efficiency. Your pumping sessions become noticeably more efficient. You're seeing output changes. Your confidence is rebuilding.

Week 4: Continuity Final adjustments. You leave knowing exactly what you're doing, why you're doing it, and what to expect going forward. Most clients finish this week with measurable supply increases and a sustainable routine that actually fits their life, plus anticipatory guidance for upcoming changes.

  • Unlimited messaging: Questions pop up between check-ins (and at 3 AM pump sessions). Your supply fluctuates. Something isn't working the way we planned. You message me. I respond. This is part of the program, not an add-on.

  • Written care plans & resources: Everything is documented, personalized, and yours to keep.

  • Pump data analysis: I watch for patterns, insights, and adjustment opportunities.

  • My expertise and experience: You get someone who has lived this exact struggle, rebuilt from it, and now has now helped hundreds of other women do the same. You get clinical knowledge, practical strategies, and renewed confidence in what you, your body, and your baby are capable of.

Why this actually works:

Most lactation support looks at what's happening right now, in this moment. The Supply Clarity Method asks: What's actually causing this?

Your birth story matters. The flanges they gave you in the hospital matter. Whether there's a physiological factor nobody has screened for yet, that matters too. And whether your sessions are structured for maximum efficiency…that matters a lot.

Every intervention in this program is designed with this goal: make pumping comfortable and efficient, increase your supply, and help you achieve your breastfeeding goals.

We don't investigate for the sake of understanding. We investigate so we can fix something specific to you.

And because this program is delivered virtually, you learn to do everything yourself with your own equipment, in your own space. You won't leave dependent on someone else. You'll leave capable and confident.

Is this for you?

This program is right for you if:

  • You're postpartum and your supply is lower than you need it to be, or pumping is uncomfortable/inefficient

  • You want someone to identify the specific reason why and actually help you fix it (not just hand you a generic checklist)

  • You're ready to commit to four weeks of structured work with weekly engagement

  • You're willing to invest in the right equipment if current equipment is identified as a problem

  • You have the emotional bandwidth to engage

  • You want measurable progress and you're ready to see it happen

This is NOT for you if:

  • You're looking for a single consultation with no follow-up accountability

  • You're not willing or able to implement recommendations between sessions

  • You're hoping for results without being willing to adjust your current approach

The Application Process

I take on a limited number of clients at a time. This isn't because I'm trying to be exclusive, it's because I want to give you the attention your situation deserves.

To apply, you'll complete a brief application where you tell me:

  • What's been going on with your supply

  • What you've already tried

  • What your goals are

Then I'll review your application and reach out within 24 hours.

If you're not ready to apply, that's okay. But I want you to remember this: waiting won't change your supply. Only action will.

A final word from me:

I know what it's like to feel like your body is failing you. I know what it's like to try everything and have nothing work. I know what it's like to wonder if you're just not cut out for this.

You're not failing. You just need someone to actually look at you.

That's what The 4-Week Supply Reset is. It's someone who understands your struggle, who won't hand you generic advice, who will investigate the real reason you’re not meeting your breastfeeding goals, and who will support you through rebuilding it all.

If you're ready to do this, I'm ready to support you.
